Veridio was established to address a specific and growing problem: organisations are deploying AI faster than governance structures can follow. The risks this creates — operational, regulatory, and reputational — are often invisible until something goes wrong.
What we do differently
We do not sell AI technology. We do not implement AI systems. Our focus is governance alone — evaluating whether the structures, policies, and operational processes needed to manage AI responsibly are in place, documented, and defensible.
The Veridio Governance Standard
Our assessments are structured around the Veridio Governance Standard — a framework of 58 principles across nine domains, designed to align with the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, GDPR, and NIST AI RMF. It is built to be proportionate: a 10-person startup and a 500-person regulated firm face different obligations, and our assessments reflect that.
Our approach
Every engagement begins with a structured assessment. We review what exists, identify what is missing, and produce findings that are honest, specific, and actionable. We do not produce reports designed to reassure — we produce reports designed to improve.
Independence
Veridio operates independently. We have no commercial relationship with any AI vendor or platform. Our only interest is in the quality of your governance.
